Overview
HUSKEY MOLYPLEX GREASE is a premium quality, multi-purpose grease containing a blend of molybdenum disulfide (Moly) and special lubricating solids. This unique combination of solid lubricants offers superior performance compared with pure molybdenum disulfide greases. This optimum percentage of lubricating solids is homogenized into a blend of the finest quality base oils and thickeners available. Treated with the most modern additives to provide lasting protection against water, extreme pressure, temperature, fretting and oscillating conditions.
Applications
HUSKEY MOLYPLEX GREASE is a truly multi-service grease. Because of its wide temperature range (10°F to 465°F) and excellent film strength, it may be utilized not only where a general purpose grease is employed but where adverse conditions are found. Some typical applications include all types of ball and roller bearings, cams, splines and sliding surfaces which may be subject to severe impact loads or exposed to extreme atmospheric conditions. 105 HI-TEMP GREASE represents some of the latest in lubrication technology. It is formulated from the highest quality petroleum base stocks coupled with the newest additives available, to help produce the high temperature characteristics usually associated with expensive synthetic based grease. 220-R SILICONE GREASE represents the latest technology in lubrication. It is formulated from pure silicone base oils and selectively treated with rust, oxidation and anti-wear additives coupled with a shear stable thickener to provide maximum parts protection in a wide range of temperatures from -50°F to 570°F (-45°C to 298.8°C) HUSKEY 220-R SILICONE GREASE primary properties are that it is non-melting, has a high dielectric strength, low volatility and is insoluble in water, methanol, ethanol, dilute acids, caustics, glycol, glycerine, vegetable and mineral oils.

350 SILICONE GREASE is a non-hardening and non-carbonizing silicone lubricant with excellent dielectric properties, plus both physical and thermal stability. HUSKEY 350 SILICONE GREASE is insoluble in water, methanol, ethanol, dilute acids and caustics, vegetable and mineral oils, glycol and glycerin. A USDA/NSF H-1 Registration permits use of HUSKEY 350 SILICONE GREASE in applications where there may be incidental food contact.
