CLEAR CUTTING OIL is an exceptional non-staining cutting fluid that is compounded from select naphthenic oils and incorporates special lubricating, anti-wear and extreme pressure agents. Which cutting oil should we use for aluminum?
HUSKEY Clear Cutting Oil, which does not stain aluminum, copper or their alloys. For hard-to-machine steels, sulfurized HUSKEY Dark Cutting Oil is recommended; do not use it on non-ferrous metals.
Do you have a soluble oil for general machining?
Yes. HUSKEY Soluble Cutting Oil mixes with water and works as a coolant and lubricant for milling, drilling, turning and grinding. It is typically diluted 1 part oil to 20 parts water.
How can we prevent galling on presses and dies?
Use HUSKEY Moly Assembly Lubricant for assembly and break-in, and Molyplex Grease on moving press parts.
